 Mr. Johnedis is the President and Chief Investment Officer as well as the Founding Principal of Cratus Capital. For more than 23 years, Mr. Johnedis has worked as an institutional portfolio manager and investment consultant. As vice president and portfolio manager at the investment management firm Loomis Sayles, Daniel consistently achieved top quartile performance. Mr. Johnedis managed separate accounts for public and private pension plans, foundations, endowments and family trusts. He produced returns in the top 10% of the fund category as the lead portfolio manager of several mutual funds. Mr. Johnedis was the Chief Investment Officer of a wealth management firm and Chief Investment Officer of the Presbyterian Foundation.
As an institutional investment consultant, Mr. Johnedis has conducted extensive due diligence and research on hundreds of investment managers and mutual funds across the full spectrum of traditional and alternative investment strategies. Daniel has worked with a variety of large, well-known institutions in providing plan design, asset allocation, investment manager and fund selection and implementation of investment programs. As a result of his many years of experience, Mr. Johnedis has developed an extensive network in the investment management community. Mr. Johnedis holds a BA in mathematics from Boston College magna cum laude and an MBA from the College of William and Mary magna cum laude. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst for over 18 years and has also achieved the Chartered Investment Counselor designation. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of South Florida. Mr. Johnedis is currently teaching CFA review courses at Florida Atlantic University |

 Michael BorowskyMr. Borowsky is the Director of Research for Cratus Capital. Mike conducts research on all of the investments in the Cratus clients’ portfolios including individual stocks, bonds, mutual funds and ETFs. Mike uses a variety of proprietary and public investment research databases. He writes detailed reports on every investment that is made at Cratus Capital and keeps thorough records of all companies and investment managers. Mike conducts conference calls with all the company management and investment teams for each investment he analyzes. Mike has 17 years of experience as an institutional investment research analyst. Mike worked for 4 years as a research analyst with Daniel Johnedis at the Mackenzie/Ivy Funds back in the 1990s. |

| Suzanne Puchaty Suzanne is the Director of Operations for Cratus Capital. Suzanne is responsible for all back office functions at the firm. Suzanne has developed and maintains an internal accounting system, both electronic and hard copy filing systems and software and client support. Suzanne has decades of experience as an operations manager and has worked in the financial services industry. |

| Paul Guzzardo, CPA Paul is the Accountant and Treasurer for Cratus Capital. Paul has developed and maintains and monitors all accounting practices at Cratus. He oversees payroll, taxes, budget, financial statement analysis and all other internal financial and accounting functions. Paul has been working as an accountant and CPA for over 25 years. |
